间充质干细胞体外分化为神经样细胞的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一组具有祖细胞特性的成体干细胞,具有旺盛的增殖和多向分化潜能。MSCs能从包括骨髓、脐带血、真皮、脂肪、外周血等间充质组织中获得;与其他干细胞一样,MSCs能够自我更新,并且长期保持多能性。但与其他干细胞不一样的是,MSCs能够从自体或者健康志愿者体内较易获得。
