摘要
目的探讨立体脑电图(SEEG)技术在药物难治性癫痫术前评估中应用的可行性、有效性和必要性。方法2011年12月至2013年7月间,河北省人民医院癫痫中心共有9例诊断为药物难治性癫痫,经无创性术前评估检查认为致痫灶可能位于双侧、多脑叶或深部皮质的患者,应用SEEG电极植入技术行致痫灶定位。对SEEG定位成功率及手术并发症进行分析。结果9例患者均成功实施SEEG电极植入技术,每例患者植入6—12枚电极。7例患者经2—12d视频脑电图监测,致痫灶定位满意并实施致痫灶切除术。术后随访1~18个月,均取得满意疗效。结论SEEG技术成功开展并取得满意效果。作为有创性术前评估手段,弥补了硬膜下埋藏电极技术的不足,有必要积极审慎开展。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility, efficacy and the essentiality of the stereo - electroencephalography (SEEG)in the preoperative evaluation for the patients with intractable epilepsy. Methods During Dec 2011 ~ Jul 2013, nine patients with intract^ble epilepsy, whose epileptogenic zone were probably bilateral, muti - focus or in the deep cortex, underwent SEEG operations. The efficacy and the complication were assessed. Results The 9 patients were implanted 6 - 12 electrodes successfully by SEEG operation. 7 of 9 patients' epileptogenic zone were localized and removed successfully. Conclusion As the alternative invasive method of pre - operation evaluation, SEEG operation overcomes the drawback of the subdural electrode operation.
