经颅电刺激运动诱发电位在神经外科的应用 被引量:11

摘要 运动诱发电位(motor evoked potential,MEP)应用于临床已有二十多年的历史,根据刺激方式的不同,可分为经颅磁刺激MEP和经颅电刺激MEP,其中经颅电刺激运动诱发电位(transcranial electrical stimulation motor evoked potential,TES—MEP)被认为是在术中监测皮质脊髓运动通路有效而实用的方法,已广泛地用于术中神经监测。随着监测技术和麻醉技术的进步,TES—MEP术中监测的价值和可靠性进一步提高,应用范围越来越广,从经典的监测皮质脊髓束功能延伸到了皮质延髓束。本文就TES—MEP术中的方法学、警报标准及应用进行综述。
