抗苗勒管激素与妇科肿瘤相关性的研究进展

Advances of relationship between anti-Müllerian hormone and gynecologic oncology

对于抗苗勒管激素(AMH)的认识和应用早期主要停留在妇科生殖内分泌领域。近年来更多的研究着眼于AMH与妇科肿瘤之间的相关性。其中卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(GCT)与AMH的相关性最强,已被证实可作为卵巢GCT早期诊断、疗效评估、预后评价及复发监测的血清肿瘤标志物。进一步的研究发现AMH对上皮性卵巢癌(ECO)细胞也有明显的抑制作用,因此有望成为EOC新的辅助治疗方法。此外,AMH与宫颈癌的关系及其能否成为宫颈癌新的靶向治疗手段等都值得进一步研究。

The understanding and application of anti-Mtillerian hormone （AMH） were mainly limited to gynecology reproductive endocrinology in the past days. While in recent years, more studies have been focusing on the correlation between AMH and gynecologic oncology. In accordance with the present research, granulosa cell tumor （GCT） of ovary has the highest correlation with AMH, which has been proven to be an effective serum tumor marker in clinical practice for early diagnosis, therapeutic effect evaluation, prognostic evaluation, and recurrence monitoring. The further researches find that AMH can also significantly inhibit epithelial ovarian cancer cells, so it promises to be a new auxiliary therapy for epithelial ovarian cancer. Additionally, the correlation between AMH and cervical cancer and whether it may be a new targeted therapy are worthy of further studying.
