白细胞介素-10基因1082G/A多态性与急性心肌梗死的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨常州地区汉族人群白细胞介素-10(IL-10)基因1082G/A基因多态性与急性心肌梗死(AMI)发病的相关性。方法:AMI组325例,对照组197例,测序鉴定IL-10基因1082G/A多态性,并收集临床资料,检测血糖和血脂等生化指标。结果:IL-10基因1082G/A在AMI组和对照组中均存在GG、AG和AA基因型;3种基因型分布频率及等位基因分布频率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;调整对多个危险因素行多元Logistic回归分析,示IL-10基因1082G/A GG基因型与AMI的发病无相关性。结论:IL-10基因1082G/A多态性与常州地区汉族人群AMI的发病无相关性。 Objective:To investigate the association between interleukin-10(IL-10)gene polymorphism and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in Chinese Han population of Changzhou region.Method:325 patients with AMI and 197 control subjects were recruited into the study.IL-10 polymorphism gene was determined by sequencing. Meanwhile clinical data about blood sugar and blood fat was collected.Result:There was no statistical difference of the frequencies of GG genotype and G allele between the AMI group and control group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed there was no significant correlation between IL-10gene 1082G/A polymorphism GG genotype with AMI after adjusting traditional AMI risk factors.Conclusion:IL-10 gene 1082G/A polymorphism was no associated with AMI in Chinese Han population of Changzhou region.
