摘要
目前认为抗炎性细胞因子与促炎性细胞因子之间的失平衡最终导致动脉粥样硬化的进展、斑块的不稳定以及急性缺血事件的发生[1-3]。2007年,Niedbala等[4]和Collison等[5]分别发表了关于IL-35的文章,证实IL-35是由两个亚基IL-12α链p35和IL-27β链EBI3以二硫键共价连接而成。
This study was designed to observe the change of the plasma IL-35 levels in patients with different type of coronary heart disease(CHD)and analyzed its correlation with coronary gensini score,high-sensitive Creactive protein(hs-CRP)and NT-proBNP.The results showed that plasma IL-35 levels were significantly decreased in the SAP group,the UAP group,and the AMI group compared with the patients in control group[(95.71±4.05)vs(111.44±4.57),P0.001;(45.00±3.18)vs(111.44±4.57),P0.001;(28.25± 3.19)vs(111.44±4.57),P0.001,respectively].Furthermore,lower IL-35levels were moderately negatively correlated with NT-proBNP(r=-0.567,P0.01)and hs-CRP(r=-0.718,P0.01)in CHD patients, whereas the levels of IL-35were not related to the Gensini score.
