抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性血管炎动物模型研究进展
摘要
ANCA相关性血管炎是一组以血管壁炎症和坏死为主的寡免疫复合物型小血管炎，以循环中存在ANCA为主要特征，病因和发病机制尚未阐明。ANCA主要针对位于中性粒细胞胞质嗜苯胺蓝颗粒中的髓过氧化物酶（myeloperoxidase，MPO）和蛋白酶3（proteinase 3，PR3）。目前已建立了MPO—ANCA相关性血管炎的动物模型，仍未成功建立PR3动物模型。现将ANCA相关性血管炎动物模型分述如下。
