Design and Implementation to Important Record Management of VoD Customer's Services and Billing System

介绍了VoD客户服务及计费系统中重要记录管理的功能需求和设计思想，应用C++ Builder有条件地选择重要记录进行转储（有点类似于备份）、恢复以及删除的实现技术。

This paper firstly introduces the requirement specification and design idea of the important record management in the VoD customer's services and billing system. Then, it introduces the implementation technology to dump (a little similar to backup), restore and delete the records according to some conditions using C++ Builder.
