摘要 近年来，心血管疾病的血液生化指标在心力衰竭患者的危险分层中发挥了重要作用，并逐渐受到重视，其对疾病的发生、发展、预后的评估有重要意义。精氨酸加压素（argininevaso—pressin，AVP）是一个与慢性心力衰竭（chronicheartfailure，CHF）密切相关的神经激素系统。AVP水平与众多心血管疾病的预后密切相关，但其半衰期短、检测困难，
