应重视创伤后急性脑肿胀的临床救治和基础研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国城乡院前创伤急救系统的不断完善和颅脑CT扫描的普遍运用,颅脑创伤患者从颅脑创伤事件发生到完成首次脑CT扫描时间缩短,在中等以上城市地区一般都能在伤后1h内甚至0.5h内完成首次脑CT检查。受伤后首次CT扫描时间的缩短,使我们有可能观察到颅脑创伤后更早时间的病理生理变化在CT影像学上的表现。在钝性暴力特别是交通伤或坠落伤所致的成人颅脑创伤中,首次CT检查常常显示的是脑沟、
