骨盆骨折的手术入路及其选择 被引量：12

摘要 近些年来，随着交通及工业的不断发展，严重的、高能量的损伤日益增多。骨盆骨折不论其发生率和严重性都明显增加，越来越多的骨科医师开始关注骨盆骨折的治疗。据报道，骨盆骨折的发病率大概在每年20．0—35．2／10万，占骨关节损伤的1％～3％，其中30％～50％为不稳定骨折。
