皮肤附属结构构建与再生研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 皮肤的附属结构主要包括毛囊、汗腺和皮脂腺。但就皮肤的功能和外观而言,皮肤还具有肤色(色素)、感觉(神经)和免疫功能(如Langerhans细胞)等。皮肤深层组织及其附属结构一旦遭受破坏,难以完全再生。传统的治疗手段也只是修复皮肤的最基本功能,而对如何进一步恢复全层皮肤的结构和功能,尤其是附属器官的再生仍是难点。组织工程皮肤(tissue—engineeredskin,TES)的出现为皮肤缺损的治疗提供了一条崭新的途径,但是目前已经商品化的TES也仅仅是完成了表皮和(或)真皮的重建,
