摘要
以提升电网稳定性为目的,从电力系统稳定运行的角度分析了电网运行中过电压和外力破坏对安全稳定性的影响,从而提出电网安全运行管理的管控措施。
The purpose of this paper was the improvement of the power grid stability. From the stable operation perspective of power system, this paper analyzed the influence of overvoltage and external force destruction on the security stability in the power grid operation, and proposed the management control measures of the power grid safety operation.
