信息技术在企业培训中不断得到应用,出现了网络培训、虚拟(仿真)培训等形式,并进一步将网络培训的便利性、虚拟培训的真实感、游戏的趣味性等多种优点融为一体,整合形成了网络虚拟游戏式培训,为员工提供一个逼真的网络学习环境,使员工进行知识学习的同时还能进行各种技能操作演练,同时企业的培训资源也能依托这个平台进行有效的整合,降低员工的培训成本。

The information technology had been applied in the enterprise training, and network training, virtual （simulation） training had been appeared. The convenience of network training, the realistic of virtual training and interesting of game had been integrated, which provided the staff a realistic studying environment. The staff could study as well as train different technologies. The training resource had been integrated effectively based on this platform, which decreased the training cost for staff.
