摘要
以白刚玉、焦粉及焦油为主要原料,制备了铝碳质炮泥。通过考察氮化硅铁在炮泥中的反应性能,研究氮化硅铁加入量对其强度和抗渣侵性能的影响,利用X射线衍射分析炮泥的相组成,采用扫描电子显微镜观察其微观组织结构。研究结果表明,随着氮化硅铁加入量的增加,炮泥的强度和抗渣侵性能都先增加后减小;当其加入量为10%时,可以制备出强度高、抗渣侵性能好的铝碳质炮泥。
Alumina - graphite taphole clay was prepared by using corundum, coke powder and coal tar as the main raw materials. The reactive properties of Fe - Si3 N4 in the alumina - graphite taphole clay and the effect of Fe - Si3 N4 addition on strength and slag erosion resistance of taphole clay were studied, and the phase composition and microstructure of taphole clay were investigated by X -ray Diffraction( XRD), Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) equipped with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS). The results showed that the strength and slag erosion resistance increased to a maximum and then decreased with increasing the amount of Fe - Si3 N4. The alumina - graphite taphole clay with high strength and good slag erosion resistance could be obtained by adding 10% Fe- Si3N4.
