高炉渣制备矿棉工艺的比较分析及发展趋势 被引量:7

摘要 对目前高炉渣制备矿棉的几种工艺方法进行了介绍,分析了优势与不足。指出采用高炉渣直接制备矿棉仍然处于研究开发阶段,高炉渣的显热没有得到充分利用,研发直接利用液态高炉渣生产矿棉工艺,对于充分利用高炉渣显热,降低能耗,提高产品附加值,强化固体废弃物的利用具有重要意义。 In the paper the main techniques of making blast furnace slag into the mineral wool were introduced and compared, of which the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. It proposed that the technique of making blast furnace slag into the mineral wool directly was still in the phase of researching and developing and the sensible heat of slag was not fully utilized. It was significance of researching the technique of making liquid blast furnace slag into the mineral wool directly to use the sensible heat of blast furnace slag heat fully, reduce the energy consumption, improve the added value of mineral wool and strengthen the use of solid wastes.
