摘要
通过对碳-氧反应机理的研究分析,在转炉出钢前期采用碳粉代替部分铝进行钢水预脱氧。结果表明:铝块消耗平均降低了0.16 kg/t,因结瘤而造成的更换浸入式水口的频率降低了45.8%,提高了钢水可浇性,取得了较好的经济效益和质量效益。
Through analyzing the mechanism of carbon - oxygen reaction, the method that replacing the aluminum with carbon powder for preliminary deoxidation in earlier stage of the LD tapping were adopted. The testing result showed that the consumption of aluminum block was reduced by an average of 0.16 kg/t, the frequency of replacing the SEN for nozzle -clogging were reduced by 45.8%, and the castability of the molten steel were also improved. Finally, it was proved that good economic and quality benefit could be achieved.
