The Democracy Progress under Centralized Theory was Liang＇s achievement of examination on modernization in China. In this hook Chapter 6, Mr. Liang discussed the truth standant of Chinese constitutionalism. He came to the conclusion that rationality of national adaptability was truth standard of Chinese constitutional regime. This is the philosophy principle of Liang＇s nalional constitutional theory in order to set up Chinese eonslitutional regime by peace.
