摘要
目的探讨CT增强检查中患者的心理护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2011年5-12月在第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院行CT增强检查的4500例患者的临床资料。结果行CT增强检查的患者大多存在恐惧、不信任、怀疑、焦虑等不良情绪,实施针对性的心理护理后,患者的心理状态均有不同程度的好转。结论 CT室护理人员应耐心、细致地采取积极、有效、针对性的护理方法,以减轻行CT增强检查患者的不良情绪,在帮助患者顺利完成检查的同时,提高检查结果的准确性。
Objective To explore and analyze the psychological changes and corresponding psychological nursing for patients with CT enhancement scanning. Methods A total of 4500 cases with CT enhancement scanning from May to December 2011 were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results Individualized psychological nursing can effectively improve the mental status and decrease the incidence of adverse effects. Conclusion Adverse psychological reaction was found for most patients with CT enhancement scanning. Effective nursing strategies implemented by the nursing staff may relieve the anxiety, fear and incidence of complication,and also may contribute to the smooth process of CT enhancement scanning.
