陕北人口姓氏变迁研究:绥德吉镇马氏家族视角

Changes of people's surnames in northern Shaanxi:view of Ma family at Ji town in Suide

以绥德吉镇马氏家族为中心,对陕北人口姓氏变迁进行研究,以探讨乡村社会的状况以及基层社会与国家政权之间的互动关系。分析认为:吉镇是陕北著名的古镇,交通便利,地理位置重要,其名字的由来与商业贸易活动有很大关系;其姓氏人口来源、发展与变迁既与中国历史社会变迁相关,又与陕北特定的环境密不可分;马氏家族的发展、兴盛既与自身实力及其姻亲关系有关,又保证了马家绵延久远的家族势力,并在地方上起着举足轻重的作用。

Taking Ma family at Ji town in Suide as the subject, this paper studies the changes of people＇s surnames in northern Shaanxi, and attempts to investigate the status of the rural society and the relationship and interaction between the state power and the grass-roots level. The analysis indicates that Ji town, a famous ancient town of northern Shaanxi, is blessed with convenient transportation and important geographical location, so the origin of its name has close relation with business activities; the origins, development and changes of surnames are not only connected with the social changes in Chinese history, but also with specific environment in northern Shaanxi; Ma family＇s development and prosperity are related to its own strength and affinity, which ensures Ma family＇s age-old power plays a vital role in local area.
