企业履责对员工个体绩效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 当前人们对企业社会责任的理解比较片面,企业对员工直接利益相关者履责的状况不容乐观。针对这些现状,以员工个体为研究对象,运用spss16.0统计分析软件进行实证分析,研究企业履行社会责任对员工个体绩效产生的影响。研究结果表明,企业对员工履行经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任均对员工的任务绩效产生影响,对员工履行的经济责任、伦理责任也对员工的关系绩效产生影响。
