糖尿病足中医辨证施护56例的临床效果分析

The Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Nursing for 56 Cases with Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨中医辨证施护在促进糖尿病足患者康复中的作用。方法:选择近期本院内分泌科治疗的糖尿病足患者56例为观察组,在常规疗法及护理基础上开展中医辨证施护;随机选择同期本院治疗的患者35例为对照组,采用常规疗法及常规护理。比较两组患者治愈率、愈合时间等指标。结果:经治疗,观察组治愈率达60.7%,整体有效率89.3%,显著优于常规治疗的34.3%、71.4%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病变组织平均愈合时间(29.1±11.1)d,远低于对照组的(47.4±15.6)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护可促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合,有利于患者的康复,疗效显著,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese medicine dialectical nursing use in rehabilitation of patients with diabetic foot. Method：56 patients with diabetic foot recently in the department of endocrinology of hospital treatment were selected as the observation group,development of TCM in the conventional therapy and nursing care based on nursing,randomly selected from the same hospital treatment of 35 patients as the control group,compared the cure rate,healing time index of two groups. Result：After treatment and corresponding nursing intervention,the cure rate of the observation group was 60.7%,effective rate was 89.3% overall,were significantly higher than those of conventional treatment 34.3%,71.4%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The lesion average healing time of the observation group was（29.1±11.1）days,far lower than that of the control group（47.4±15.6）days,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Dialectical care can promote the recovery of diabetic foot ulcers, which is beneficial to the patient＇s rehabilitation. The clinical curative effect is distinct and it has important clinical value.
