摘要
目的:探索激励机制对提高护理人员积极性的有效性。方法:选取2012年本院在职女性护理人员60名,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30名,观察组实施明确责任、绩效考核及改善工作氛围等激励机制,对照组采用传统管理方法。根据护理人员自身成就感、护理人员理论知识和操作技能水平、患者对护理人员满意度,来评价激励机制对提高护理人员积极性的有效性。结果:观察组护理人员自身成就感、理论知识和操作技能水平、患者满意度等方面明显高于实施前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(字2=13.67,P<0.01;字2=6.69,P<0.05)。结论:采用激励机制对护理人员进行合理化管理,能明显提高患者满意度、护理人员自身成就感及工作能力等,值得大力推广。
Objective:To explore the incentive mechanism for improving the effectiveness of nursing staff motivation.Method:Sixty nurses were selected in our hospital in 2012,they were divided randomly into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The observation group received incentive mechanisms,such as a clear responsibility,performance appraisal and improved the working environment,the control group was given the traditional management method.Incentive mechanism for improving the effectiveness of nursing staff motivation were evaluated according to their own sense of accomplishment nurses,nursing theoretical knowledge and operational skills,patient satisfaction with nursing staff.Result:The observation group nurses in their sense of achievement,theory of knowledge and skills,patient satisfaction were significantly higher than before the implementation and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ2=13.67,P〈0.01;χ2=6.69,P〈0.05).Conclusion:The incentive mechanism for rational management of nursing staff,can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients,nursing staff's sense of accomplishment and ability,it is worth to popularize.
