腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术与阴式子宫切除术对患者的影响作用比较

The Effect of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy and Yin Type Hysterectomy on Patients

目的:研究腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的临床应用价值与安全性。方法:将2012年1月-2013年6月在本院行子宫切除治疗的48例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各24例。观察组拟行腹腔镜下阴式子宫切除术治疗,对照组拟行阴式子宫切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组平均手术时间明显低于对照组,术后肛门排气时间提前、术后住院时间缩短,术后VAS评分及手术并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中出血量少于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术具有手术创伤小、并发症发生率低、患者术后恢复快等优点,值得临床进一步研究应用。

Objective：To study the clinical value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy type and safety. Method：48 patients were carried out hysterectomy from January 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital and were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized methods,each group had 24 cases. The observation group carried out laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy,the control group used Yin type hysterectomy, compared therapeutic effect of two groups.Result：The average operation time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization time ahead of time,the observation group with postoperative VAS score and the complications incidence were lower than the control group. These indicators difference of two groups were statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the intraoperative blood loss was lower than the control group,but the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Type of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy with a small surgical trauma,postoperative mortality in patients with low complication rates,faster recovery advantages,is worthy of clinical application for further research.
