摘要
目的:对小儿类风湿关节炎(RA)在发生过程中外周血中CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69的表达水平与免疫病理作用进行探讨。方法:选取本院在2011年7月-2012年9月间采集的30例类风湿关节炎患儿与30例健康儿童的外周血标本,将前者定为观察组,后者定为对照组。对这两组儿童外周血中的CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69采用流式细胞仪进行检测;观察组患儿采用药物治疗后,检测CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69的表达水平情况。结果:观察组患儿的CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患儿经过药物治疗后,RA症状明显有了改善,重新抽取其外周血进行检测,发现患儿CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69的表达水平明显比治疗前要下降(P<0.05)。结论:CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69在疾病的发生过程中是起着一种激活、增殖的作用,通过控制CD4+、CD8+T细胞CD69能够达到缓解病情的作用。
Objective:To explore the expression and immunopathological effects of CD4+、CD8+T cells in the peripheral blood of CD69 for the cells belong to the children with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in the process. Method:Thirty cases of rheumatoid arthritis children and 30 cases health children from July 2011 to September 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The former was the observation group and the other was the control group. Then collecting the peripheral blood samples of two groups of children were used to test of CD4+,and CD8+T cell for CD69 with the method of medical. The effect of drug and the expression level situation of CD4+,and CD8+T cell for CD69 of the observation group were tested after treatment. Result:The expression level of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). After drug therapy,the children’s RA symptoms improved clearly. Blood testing of re-extract the peripheral found that the level significantly declined than before(P〈0.05).Conclusion:CD4+、CD8+T cells in the peripheral blood of CD69 can activate and proliferate the disease. Palliative effect can be achieved through the control of CD4+、CD8+T cells in the peripheral blood of CD69.
