摘要
目的:研究家庭支持系统参与老年患者健康教育的临床实施效果。方法:选择2010年6月-2011年6月干部病房收治老年患者422例,随机数字表法分试验组和对照组。采用家庭支持系统参与健康教育,让老年患者及其重要关系人共同参与健康教育为试验组,采用传统方法为对照组。结果:试验组181例病例认为家庭支持系统参与实施健康教育对老年患者生活质量有明显提高,40例认为不明显。与对照组比较,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:动员家庭支持系统参与健康教育优于传统健康教育,能明显提高老年患者的生存质量。
Objective:To study the clinical implementation effects of family support system involved in health education for the elderly patients. Method:422 elderly patients in the cadre ward of our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given family support system involved in health education,which allowed elderly patients and their important relationships to participate in health education,and the control group was given conventional measures. Result:In the experimental group,181 patients supported that family support system in the implementation of health education on the quality of life of elderly patients had improved significantly,while 40 cases thought it was not obvious. Compared with the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The family support system involved in health education is better than the traditional health education,it can significantly improve the life quality for the elderly patients.
