摘要
本试验从发芽率、发芽势、生根数这三个方面探究不同浓度的6-BA生长素对五指茄种子发芽、生根的影响,6-BA 20mg/L、6-BA 30mg/L对五指茄的发芽都有明显的促进作用,其中30mg/L的处理结果是发芽率为85%,7天内的发芽势为50%,为此次试验中的最高值。种子露白后转入穴盘生长,处理6-BA20mg/L对根生长的促进生长作用最好,在子叶展开时平均每株小苗根数达到了6根,根均长0.7cm;而6-BA40mg/L对根茎生长有明显的抑制作用,根数、根长、茎长分别为3根、0.3cm、3.3cm。综合考虑,6-BA 30mg/L生长素对五指茄发芽生根的效果最好,生产上适宜该浓度处理五指茄种子。
From the three aspects of germinating rate, germinative potential and rooting number , this experiment studies the influence of 6-BA growth hormones with different concentrations on the germinating and rooting of solanum mammosum . The 6-BA growth hormones with the concentrations of 20mg/L and 30mg/L have obvious anxo-action on germinating , the germinating rate of solanum mammosum sprayed with growth hormone at the concentration of 30mg/L is 85% and the germinating potential within 7 days is 50%, which are the maximum values in this experiment. The seeds are put into dishes after emerging buds, and sprayed with 6-BA20mg/ L so that the roots grow best. When the cotyledon spreads out, the root number per plantlet is six with the length of 0.7cm. 6-BA40mg/L has obvious inhibiting effect on the growth of roots and buds, and the root number, root length and stem length are 3 , 0.3 cm and 3.3 cm respectively. Based on the analysis of the experiment data, the growth hormone of 6-BA40mg/L has the best effect on the germinating and rooting of solanum mammosum, which is suitable for the production of solanum mammosum.
