在规模化软件开发过程中 ,必须按照一定规范建立起“软件技术文档”,并使之具有权威性和共有性 .这种文档应有记录、各界面关系图、界面表示图、控制逻辑框图和数据文件格式说明书等几方面内容 .这种文档对于软件的维修、修改、移植、二次开发和版本更新都是必不可少的 ,可以避免软件开发单位的损失 .文章指出了“软件技术文档”的规范内容和建立方法 ,研究了文档的格式、环境、保存技术和测试技术 .使用“软件技术文档”

In the exploitation of scale software,the 'software technique document 'must be founded with standardization, and made it authoritative and mutual. Tho se document must consitued with record ,the relation between interface, the dig ram of control logical and data file instruction. This kind of document is neces sary for the softwares repair,modification,transplant,after exploiture and the update of version.It can avoid the loss of the software development units.
