一种低毒混合溶剂对树脂的溶解性及制作树脂包膜肥料的影响

摘要 通过比较正辛烷、正壬烷和松节油组成的混合溶剂与纯松节油对树脂材料的溶解性能及对包膜肥料品质的影响,发现混合溶剂能够加快树脂成分的溶解速度,降低包膜肥料成品的溶剂残留,有利于提高包膜肥料的生产效率,改善产品品质。 The influence of the n-octane, n-nonane and turpentine oil mixed solvent, and the pure turpentine oil on resin dissolu- tion behavior and resin coated fertilizer quality are studied. The results show that the mixed solvent can accelerate the dissolving speed of resin, reduce the solvent residue in coated fertilizer product compared with the turpentine oil, and is in favor of improving the produ- cing efficiency and product quality of resin coated fertilizer.
