摘要 为了规范和统一综合电子信息系统能力参考资源的描述标准和方法,提高能力参考资源的重用性和集成性,基于多视角方法论,提出了综合电子信息系统能力参考资源描述框架。首先,从作战需求、装备研制和集成运用等角度将能力参考资源描述框架分为作战、装备和集成等3个能力描述视角;然后,根据各视角关注点,确认了每个视角模型的组成、定义、概念和描述模板;最后,以防空反导为背景进行了案例分析,描述了作战能力视角的3个能力参考模型,说明该框架描述能力参考资源的可行性和有效性。 To standardize and unify standards and methods for describing capability reference re- source of integrated electronic information systems, and to improve the reusability and the inte- gration of capability reference resource, a framework for describing capability reference resource is proposed based on the multi-viewpoint methodology. Firstly, the framework is divided into three viewpoints for describing the capability: from the operation, the equipment and the inte- grated application. Secondly, according to the focal point of each viewpoint, definitions, con- cepts, compositions, and templates of the models of each viewpoint are established. Finally, a case in the context of air and missile defense is analyzed and the three capability reference models from the operational capability viewpoint are described, and the result illustrates the feasibility and the effectiveness of the framework in describing capability reference resource.
