Solid Phase Microextraction Detection for Phthalate Esters in Environmental Water

摘要 提出了固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱(solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry,SPME-GC/MS)检测水体中6种酞酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)的分析方法,对影响固相微萃取的萃取因素如萃取纤维、萃取时间、萃取温度、pH值进行了探讨和优化.结果显示,该方法检测限为3.7~8.5 ng/L,在20~500 ng/L范围内线性相关系数r^2>0.991,加标回收率为83%~112%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为1.1%~12.3%.该方法简单、快速,定性、定量准确可靠且灵敏度高,适用于环境水体中酞酸酯的检测. A solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS) method was developed to determinate 6 phthalate esters (PAEs) in water. The optimum conditions, fibers, time, temperature and pH values were studied. The detection limits were 3.7-8.5 ng/L, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.991 in linear range 20-500 ng/L. Recoveries were 83%-112% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.1%-12.3%. The SPME-GC/MS method is simple and fast, and can give high sensitivity qualitatively and quantitatively in detecting PAEs in environmental water.
