摘要
在分析了80马力拖拉机干式离合器摩擦片技术要求的基础上,对摩擦片材料配方进行了设计,并利用正交试验进行了优化,采用DM-S试验机模拟使用工况,按照GB/T5764汽车离合器面片要求进行了性能测试,对检测结果进行分析评价。结果表明,石墨含量、石墨粒度、摩擦组元含量显著影响摩擦片的摩擦系数及磨损率;确定了材料最佳配方,为试制80马力拖拉机干式离合器摩擦片奠定了基础。
On the base of analyzing specifications of friction disk for the 80hp tractor clutch, the material formulation of the friction disk was designed. The optimization of the material formulation was carried out using the orthogonal experiment. The properties of the friction disk were tested by using DM-S testing machine according to the GB/T5764 automobile clutch specifications. The test result indicates that the friction coefficient and wear rate of the friction disk are affected remarkably by graphite content, the graphite particle size, the friction component content, etc. The optimal material formulation is determined and the foundation is established for producing the clutch friction plate of 80hp tractor.
