摘要
思想政治教育者素质构成一直是学界研究的热点问题,传统逻辑理路主要拘泥于从"人"或"教育者"的思路展开,其不足在于未能真正有效地揭示出思想政治教育者特有的素质结构,无法深刻回答思想政治教育者特有素质"应当"包括什么的问题。"思想政治教育者"研究新思路的回归能够克服以上不足,并揭示出思想政治教育者特有的素质结构应当包括思想素质、政治素质、教育素质、情感素质、学习素质与公共素质。
The quality composition of ideological and political educators has been a hot issue in academic research. Traditionally,it is confined to the quality of ideological and political educators as 'people ' or 'educators',which does not effectively reveal specific quality structure of them and does not state clearly what the quality of them should include. A new perspective can overcome those short comings above through presenting that quality of ideological and political educators should include ideological, political, educational, emotional, learning as well as public quality.
