摘要
研究了聚合物堵塞表现及判定方法,明确了聚合物堵塞的主要特点,分析了聚合物堵塞的原因以及聚合物降解剂的解堵机理,完成了聚合物、颗粒、交联剂、微球降解的室内试验,并在此基础上进行了中试试验及工业化生产。结果证明,该聚合物降解剂的解堵效果显著,在优选加量浓度为2%的条件下,降解速率可达99%以上。并且该降解剂具有缓蚀作用,对其流经的采油设备无腐蚀,对地层无污染,是目前较为理想的注聚井解堵产品。
The application of tertiary oil recovery is more and more widely. Polymer flooding enhanced greatly oil recovery of, but the phenomenon of polymer plugging also appeared at the same time. Therefore, research and development of polymer degradation agent is necessary. Firstly, this paper introduces the determining method and performance of the jam. Secondly, it also explains the main characteristics of polymer plugging, and then analyzes the reasons of polymer plugging and plugging mechanism of polymer degradation agent. We add the degradation agent to polymer, particle, cross linking agent, micro sphere by doing the test in the door. Then the pilot scale test and industrialized production are also done on this basis. Experiment results of degradation show that the blocking effect of the polymer degradation agent is effective, when the preferred dosage is 2%, the degradation rate can reach 99%. The degradation agent has an inhibitive effect and has no pollution to soil and no corrosion for its flow equipment. The polymer degradation agent is an ideal plugging product for polymer injection well.
