吉林省农村生物能现状及对策分析

Analysis of Current Situation and Solutions on Bioenergy in Rural Area of Jilin Province

在国家的惠农政策下,吉林省农村经济得到了一定的发展。但是由于农村不科学的生产、生活导致水源、空气等污染较为严重。基于吉林省农村生活能源消费结构存在的问题,测算吉林省农村生物能资源数量,提出农村居住模式的创新等对策,以此降低碳排放,提高能源利用率,实现吉林省农村生态环境改善,推动吉林省农村经济的可持续发展。

With the support of agricultural benefit policy, the economy of rural area has developed properly. However pollution on water source and air has become much more serious due to unscientific production and living patterns. In view of the problems on consumption structure of living energy in rural area of Jilin province, estimating on the amount of bioenergy source, the articleproposes solutions on the innovation of residence patternsto reduce carbon emission, improve the efficiency of energy utilization, realize melioration of biological environment and promote sustainable development of rural economy in Jilin province.
