摘要
学校组织变革正逐渐成为我国教育改革与发展关注的焦点问题。由于其涉及学校中的各种群体、各个机构及各项活动而且体现出联系性和整体性的特点,从而使校长的领导作用更加凸显。笔者认为,学校组织变革的实质就是学校文化的重塑,这就需要校长具备良好的文化领导力。为此,校长应扮演"唤醒者"、"播种者"和"激励者"的角色,着重在诊断文化、共享领导、传通意义、建构专业共同体和培育信任中强化文化领导力。
School Organization Change is becoming the focus of education reformation and development of China. School Organization change makes principal's leading role more prominent for it involves all kinds of groups, organizations and activities in a school and it reflects the characteristics of contact and integrity. This paper regards the rebuilding of school culture as the essence of school organization change, which requires the principal to have good culture leadership. Therefore, school principal should act as " rouser", "sower" and "motivator", and should strengthen school culture particularly in diagnosing culture, sharing leadership, communicating meaning, constructing professional community and cultivating trust.
