摘要
文章测定毛头牛蒡子中总木脂素的含量。利用紫外分光光度计,以牛蒡苷为对照品,在280nm波长下测定总木脂素含量。对照品牛蒡苷在0.0207~0.1101mg/mL(r=0.9992)浓度范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率98.3%,RSD=1.8%(n=5)。总木脂素平均含量为244mg/g,RSD=2.9%(n=5)。紫外分光光度法测定总木脂素含量,简单,稳定可靠,重现性好。
To establish a determination method for the content of total lignanoids in Arctium tomento- sum Mill seeds. According to total lignanoids and arctiin in the same peak absorption, use arctiin as refer- ence substance and measure absorption value of the samples at 280 nm . The calibration curve of the ab- sorbency has linear relation with the concentration of arctiin in the range of 0.0207~0.1101 mg/mL (r= 0.9992). The average recovery of arctiin was 98.3 % , RSD=1.8 %(n=5). Total lignans average content is 246 mg/g,RSD= 2.9 % (n= 5)o Method of determining on the total lignanoids through ultraviolet spectrometry is simple, stable and reliable, and good reproducibility.
