摘要
目的:考察小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabra DC.)的化学成分。方法:小花棘豆乙醇提取物反复采用硅胶、聚酰胺、Spehadex LH-20柱色谱等多种方法进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及波谱学方法进行鉴定结构。结果:从该药材中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为己内酰胺(caprolactam,1),槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside,2),芹菜素-7-O-新橙皮糖苷(apigenin-7-Oneohesperidoside,3),山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempeferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4)。结论:化合物1、2、3为首次从该植物中得到,其中化合物1同时也是从该属中首次得到。
Obiective:To study the chemical constituents of Oxytropis glabra D C. Methods:The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on lilica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH -20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results:Four compounds were isolated and identified as eaprolactam ( 1 ), quercetin - 3 - O - β - D - rutinoside ( 2), apigenin - 7 - O - neohesperidoside ( 3 ), kaempeferol - 3 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside - 7 - O - β - D - glueopyranoside (4). Conclusion : These compounds are isolated from Oxytropis glabra D C for the first time, among them, compounds 1,4 are isolated from the Oxytropis genus for the first time.
