摘要
目的:优化红花中羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)的提取纯化工艺。方法:以羟基红花黄色素A的提取率为考核指标,采用正交试验设计对红花提取工艺参数进行考察,进而考察大孔树脂对羟基红花黄色素A的纯化。结果:红花提取工艺条件是20倍量水浸泡40min;再采用HPD100大孔树脂对羟基红花黄色素A纯化,得到纯度较高的HSYA。结论:优选羟基红花黄色素A的提取纯化工艺操作简单、科学合理,可用于其单体及制剂的制备。
Objective : To optimize the extraction and purification process of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) from Cartha- mus tinctorius. Method : Take the content of HSYA as assessment index and use orthogonal design to optimize the extrac- tion parameter of Carthamus tinctorius, and purify the HSYA by the varied type models of macroporous resin. Result: The optimum extraction condition was 20 times the volume of water soaking 40min, And the high purity HSYA could be obtained by purifying from HPD100 models of macroporous resin. Conclusion:The optimum extraction and purification technology is reasonable and scientific, and it can be used for large scale production.
