MLC高阶振荡电路的研究与设计

摘要 采用光滑忆阻器模型,设计了一个五阶MLC振荡电路,并建立了系统微分方程组.理论分析表明该系统具有一个二维平衡点集,其稳定性与忆阻器初始状态和电路参数有关.采用常规动力学分析手段研究了系统随电路参数和忆阻器初始状态变化时的动力学特性,数值仿真验证了理论分析的正确性.在此基础上,主要就高阶MLC振荡电路设计进行了讨论,总结出初步设计规律. A five-order MLC oscillator is designed and its dynamical equation is established based on a smooth memristor model. The theoretical analysis results show the memristor based chaotic circuit has a two-dimensional equilibrium set whose stability is dependent on the initial states of the memristor and circuit parameters. By means of conventional dynamical analysis, dynamical behaviors of the circuit with the initial states of the memristor and circuit parameters are investigated. Simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. On this basis, the design laws lies in the high-order MLC circuits has been given a tentative shot.
