二步合成法制备介孔氧化铝负载的氧化铜催化剂及其催化性能研究 被引量:3

Preparation of Copper Oxide Supported Mesoporous Alumina Catalyst and Its Catalytic Properties by Two-Step Synthetic Method

摘要 采用二步合成法制备了CuO/meso-Al2O3催化剂,考察了催化剂对苯乙烯与叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)的环氧化催化性能.结果表明,催化剂对苯乙烯环氧化反应有很好的催化效果,在焙烧温度为350℃、CuO负载量为20%、反应温度为60℃的条件下,苯乙烯的转化率达到94.03%,苯基环氧乙烷的选择性达到91.65%. CuO/meso-A1203 was prepared by two-step synthetic method. The catalytical activity of CuO/ meso-Ah 03 catalyst for styrene oxidation was investigated. The results showed that CuO/meso-Al: 03 cata- lyst had good catalytical activity for styrene oxidation. The catalyst calcined at 350 ℃ and containing 20% CuO has the best activity. Conversion of styrene reached 94.03 % and the selectivity of styrene oxide reached 91.65%.
