摘要
激光测距传感器可以准确测定目标距离.在应用较广的相位式激光测距传感器中,DET计算与差频测相初始相位是传感器的核心点,因此要着重分析该传感器设计上的难点以及问题的解决措施,并结合产生误差的原因,用合适的方法提高测量精度,减少相位漂移.结果表明:改进后的激光测距传感器可以达到自动化生产的需要.
Laser ranging sensor can precisely measure the target distance. In a wider application of phase- shift laser ranging sensors, DET ealculation and difference frequency is measured relative to the initial phase of the core point of the sensor, so focused on the analysis of difficulties in the design of the sensor and the solution of problems. According to the reason of the measuring error, combined with the causes of errors, a suitable method to improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the phase shift. The results showed that: the improved laser distance sensor can achieve automatic production.
