摘要
利用手性镧系位移试剂的作用,测定布洛芬的甲酯化衍生物的^1H-NMR谱来确定其对映体相对含量。在一定的样品浓度、合适的位移试剂与被测样物质的量比时,用来定量的对映体信号较好分离。
A method to determinate the enantiomeric composition of Ibuprofen by proton NMR spectroscopy was recorded with a chrial europium (Ⅲ) shift reagent after conversion the sample into the methyl ester derivatives. Optimisation of the experimental conditions about substrate concentration and shift reagent to substrate molar ratio led to two sets of enantiomeric resonance signals of utility for quantitative purpose.
