The Periodic Feature and Partten of the Industrial Innovation in China

我国正处于产业转型升级的关键时期,本文分析了我国产业技术创新的阶段特征,分类研究了中国特色的创新模式。研究表明,我国产业技术创新以市场导向与政府推动相结合;成功的创新不是为了追求技术的先进性,而是适应市场需求;创新能力是长期积累的渐进过程,许多企业的创新道路是先占领市场、做大产业,再积累资金和技术能力进行创新;不仅高技术产业需要创新,我国传统制造业更具有创新优势;市场是重要的创新要素,有效的创新是获得市场成功的创新。

China has been entered the important period of industry transforming and upgrading, This paper analyses the periodic feature of the industrial innovation in China, and makes the classified researches on the typical innovation pat- terns with Chinese characteristic. Based on the analysis we got following conclusions. （ 1 ） The industrial innovations have been oriented by the market and driven by the government. （2）The successful innovations are motivated for meeting to the market demand instead of pursuing the advancement of technology. （3） The innovation capability has been gained by the long-term accumulation. The innovation paths of many firms are to occupy the market in the first place, to develop the business scale and accumulate the capital and technology for the next round innovation. （4）The innovation is not only occurred in the high-tech industry but also happened in the traditional industries with many advantages in China. （5）The marketplace is the important factor for innovation, and the efficient innovation should be the innovation with market sue-
