成功源于注意细节——住院医师麻醉培训时注意细节是带教中非常重要的部分 被引量：3

摘要 上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院麻醉科承担着上海交通大学医学院瑞金临床医学院住院医师规范化培训中麻醉科轮转带教任务，在上级医师指导住院医师的临床麻醉带教工作中存在一系列细节问题，包括错误行为和潜在的可能导致错误发生的行为。麻醉过程中很多的差错或事故[1-3]。
