肢体缺血预适应对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)在发展中国家和发达国家越来越常见,在综合性医院住院患者的发病率为3.19%,而重症监护病房(ICU)AKI的发病率高达13%,需要透析治疗的重症AKI患者的病死率高达50%[1-2]。因此,早期预防AKI至关重要。
