右美沙芬在疼痛治疗中的作用
摘要
右美沙芬（dextromethorphan，DM）是一种亲和力较低、非竞争性N-甲基-D天冬氨酸受体（N—methyl-D—aspartate receptor，NMDAR）阻断剂，是120余种镇咳药和感冒药的常见成分。自1954年Hoffmann—La Roche将其作为镇咳药专利产品应用于临床以来，DM显示了良好的安全性和治疗作用[1]。
