碳纤维的表面处理方法很多，评价表面处理效果的方法及手段也很多。在众多的评价方法中，大多数为取样测试及剖析，测试数据再反馈给碳纤维生产线。本文介绍相对纤维电容（RFC）法。它既可取样测试，也可在线配套监测。

Many ways for CF surfaces treatment have been studied with various evaluation methods. Most of the evaluation methods include sampling, analyzing, testing and feedbacking to the produce line. As a new method, the relative fiber capacitance or RFC, for short, is introduced in the paper. Not only testing samples, it also can supervise in line.
