摘要
为提高星载设备可靠性,根据航天产品特点,采用拼接箱体,内装9个屏蔽盒,其上内装1个印制板,对某星载机箱进行结构设计.对设备进行冲击响应谱和随机振动的力学分析,结果表明箱体强度满足要求,设备未出现裂纹、继裂问题.力学试验验证了其结构合理,强度可靠.
In order to enhance the reliability of spaceborne equipment, structural design was made for the spaceborne cabinet based on the characters of spacecraft products. Adopting splicing enclosure, built-in 9 shielding box, it' s buih-in one print. Mechanical analysis of shock response spectrum and random vibration at the design phase were carried out. The results showed that the strength of the equipment was sufficient, without crack and fracture, the structural form was dated reliable through mechanical experiments. validated reasonable and the structural strength was vali-
