西安市城市化水平测度及其与土地利用的相关分析

Spatio-temporal Correlation Between Urbanization and Land Use in Xi'an City

西安城市扩展以外延式扩张为主,城市化发展速度较快.随着城市化水平的不断提高,土地与人口、资源、环境之间的矛盾日益突出,各方面用地的竞争也愈加激烈,并且存在土地利用结构不尽合理等问题.因此,深入研究西安市城市化与土地利用之间的关系,对实现土地资源的可持续利用具有重要的实践和现实意义.从经济城市化、人口城市化、空间城市化和社会生活城市化4个层面选取了12项指标来构建城市化综合发展水平指标体系,从而量化西安市各区县城市化综合发展水平.并以西安市各地区城市化与土地利用数据为依据,分析了城市化与土地利用类型,土地利用动态和综合土地利用的相关性.最终根据城市化水平、城市化弹性系数和土地综合动态度的变化特点将西安市各区县划分为四种经济发展活力层次,其分布呈现出以西安城区为中心,向外逐级辐射的趋势.

The main expansion in Xi＇an is extensional expansion. With the competition between the various aspects has become even more intense,land use and its structure in Xi＇an there is not quite rational. Therefore,the study of urbanization and land use in Xi＇ an has important practical and immediate significance. We selected 12 indicators from the four levels of economic-urbanization, population-urbanization, spatial-urbanization and social life of urbanization to build a comprehensive development of the urbanization level indicative system. Then we quantified the level of development of urbanization in various regions of Xi＇an. According to various regions of Xi＇an urbanization and land-use data,the relevances of urbanization to type of land use,land use dynamic,and integrated land use were respectively analyzed. And according to the level of urbanization, urbanization elasticity and land elasticity comprehensive dynamic changes of degree of Xi＇an, the city can be divided into four kinds of economic development, energy level, and their distribution showed the trend with Xi＇ an City as the center, and outward radiation.
